Becky this looks like a great Uverse feature. Thanks for sharing. BTW, I wish you had won a million dollars so you could have shared it with me!

What a grand concept! Now I’ll have to retrain my dog to fetch cold drinks.

Loved the movie! I would have liked to see the caller ID appear on that TV screen when you received the call, to see how it actually works.

If I’m taping something, will the number show up again when I’m watching the tape(and yes I know it’s not really a tape!)

That is pretty neat! Even with cordless phones there are plenty of times when I forget to put it nearby when I am watching tv. I HATE solicitors so the last thing I want to do is have to go running for the phone just to find out is junk. THanks for letting me know!

Well, once again Becky, you have shown the rest of us why it would be wise to move to an area that is UVERSE green. My son thinks I am an antique and clearly this seals the deal. The only reason I don’t have UVERSE is because it is not available in my neighborhood. How bout’ you change jobs, work for UVERSE and tell them where they need to build-out next?? Seriously, this is really amazing and I wish I could get it installed…..

Becky, Awesome video. This is the feature to have for those of us who leave the phone on the cradle and do NOT want to answer unless it is important. GREAT U-verse Voicemail plug as well. YOU ROCK!!!

This is such a GREAT feature! What a pain it is to run for the phone only to have it be another solicitor or recorded message. After you do win the $1M….can you arrange to get U-verse in my neighborhood? (and yes of course you would keep on working if you won the $1M…..)

I use this all the time to tell my sister when she needs to get the phone (which is every time) :)

That is a great feature! Saves lots of rushing around and makes you feel empowered…

Thanks for sharing – I want to win a million dollars!!

I counted the steps to my phone for constant telemarketers as my daily workout. Now you have stopped that. Sounds like a great deal for sure.

I can’t have it out in the “boonies.” My brother loves it and he never likes anything!

OMG – my house has 6 tvs and how great would that be to have the callers pop up on the screen vs flagging down the phone. Does it do caller ID on call waiting? Tres cool.

This is just the latest thing I love about U-verse. We’ve had it since the moment it came into our neighborhood in early 2007. Best thing ever – recording and being able to watch in any room.

I think caller ID is great. I use it now on my TV. It let’s me answer the calls I want to or go to voice mail.

Great idea! This feature assumes most everyone has the tv on when they are home. And UNFORTUNATELY that would be correct…LOL AT&T is way ahead of the curve!

Wow Becky! That’s such a cool feature. I wish U-verse worked better at my house. We tried it for a year and unfortunately, it just doesn’t work well here.

Hey Lisa – No, the Caller ID pop-up won’t be captured when you’re recording those enchante showings of Desperate Housewives! And Christine – there’s no Call Waiting on Caller ID for U-verse TV – at least yet, darn it.
