Does AT&T actually use the “Mark the Spot” app to better enhance their wireless service, or is it just smoke & mirrors to make their customer think they care about areas w/ poor reception?

I love this APP! I think it shows that ATT is involved with their customers and really cares about what they need and any issues they are having. This is a great idea!
