Hey! I thought you all might be interested in a great feature from AT&T, U-verse Voice. In my video I show how it comes in handy while at work when searching for a phone number I don’t have on hand.

Obviously we are not using our wonderful U-verse to it’s fullest capabilities. Thank you for showing all these extras. These are great applications, not just fluff.

I want U-verse!! to help me stay calm, cool and connected – PLEASE tell AT&T to hurry up and make U-verse available to all of us who live in the 78240 zipcode.

I love that! How may times has my daighter called me from home after school and asked me to arrange an activity with another child and I don’t know the name! The permanent directory feature that you mention is also excellent for people who are far sighted like me! I can see it on the PC screen, but in the call log on the phone itself? HAH! Thanks Beky!

This is a great feature, and I think it was explained well! I can’t wait for U-verse to come to my area.

That is SO cool! I agree with the previous poster that I am obviously not taking full advantage of my U-Verse. Thanks for sharing this neat feature. I can’t wait to get on line and play around with it.

Cool feature! Wish we had U-verse…our neighbors across the street have it but it’s not available to us!

Thanks for the tips Becky! There are SO many other great things about Uverse voice too! Call Filtering (screening/blocking) and Forwarding are some of my favorites. You can’t put a price on eliminating those annoying “The warranty on your car is about to expire!” telemarketing calls!

Becky, Great info…question for you…the uverse voice saved phone list you mentioned, can you sync that list to your address book on your AT&T Mobile device?
Becky says:

Hey Michael: Not yet. They’re indepedent address books, though I expect one day they’ll be merged….

Nice feature, it’s just another great reason to have U-verse service. Cable TV just can’t match what we offer. Thanks for sharing Becky.

What a cool feature! Uverse is way more than just TV. I think of it now as also a personal assistant. It tracks stuff that I’ll need and keeps it for when I finally realize that I need it. Wow. If I could only get Uverse at my house. In the meantime, I sure know more about it and can now tell others…..Thanks!

This is a cool feature – we have Uverse, but we don’t have the voice – gave up our landline completely a while back and we all just use our AT&T cell phones now.
