What an amazing feature! This would help my family stay calm, cool and connected anytime we are stuck somewhere with nothing to do. My two year old would love to be able to watch Sesame Street or Barney while waiting for his big sister in the car-pool lane at school, ballet class, etc. He is too young to read books on his own or play games and coloring or small toys wear off very quickly! Also, how handy to be able to use this when waiting for a table at a resturant. A great feature and a great way to stay calm, cool and connected for Moms and Dads!

This would be great for my wife!! She goes everyday with our two little girls to pick up big brother from school and they always have to sit in line. With a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old there is only so much that will entertain them in the car. So with this she could let them watch TV as they waited to pick up big brother at school or anywhere else we have to wait (restaurants, haircuts, doctor office, etc..) This would definetly make our life cool, calm, and connected!!

This appears to be a really cool feature. I have been a REALTOR for 28 years and love helping families get settled in the San Antonio area. This would be a great tool to have while the parents process a decision for a new home sitting in my office. The young ones could watch a show while we crunch numbers, evaluate properties and parents give dedicated time to a major decision. Then, they would be so “impressed” with the REALTOR BABYSITTER TOOL, they probably would want to get one, too. CALM, COOL, COLLECTED with the use of a new TOOL!!!

Having Mobile TV will help me keep up with current events. That helps me stay calm and collected, since I usually hear about people that are having it WAY worse than my day is currently going.

Talk about feature rich – this is wonderful. My family with 2 little grandchildren would use the heck out of a phone like this. Grammy and Gramps don’t have the coolest toys, etc. But we would be cool, calm and connected having this cutting-edge cutie with us all the time!!

What a concept! I have two grandchhildren and it would be great to be to entertain them while running errands or just being in the car for an extended amount of time. For me, I would keep up with the news, like listening to the President’s address to the students. There have been a couple of times when I wanted to see a particular guest on the Oprah show but forgot to set the DVR or I don’t hear about it until the day of, I could still catch the guest and hear their commments. We do a lot of waiting in lines and this would be a great way to stay calm and keep connected with what is going on in our world. Calm is probably the key word, staying calm in a long line would be benefical for all concerned. Thanks!

I have five children in five different schools. Mobile TV would help me feel connected when I am stuck in the carpool line day after day. Mobile TV would keep me sane when I am trying to buy groceries with a restless preschooler. Mobile TV would keep me amused when I am waiting and waiting for band practice to end.

Calm, huh? I don’t think winning would keep me calm at all. But once I simmered down and hunkered down with my new mobile TV, I’m sure I’d go right into relax mode when I need it most: while waiting for the train, sitting in the waiting room, or hanging out at the park.

Oh my goodness. I could so use this phone. And right in time for football season. I am a college football widow. Any game is fair game for my husband. It could be Anywhere State versus Nowhere Univ, and that would make a great game. We really only have one TV in the house, so during football season the kids and I can go days without seeing anything besides football on the TV. The LG Vu with mobile TV could really give us a great fix during game time. Or even just let me check out the news.

I am the technology curriculum coordinator at a K-8 school in Houston and would love to have a new mobile TV device to share with my students and fellow teachers. Our technology is changing and advancing so quickly that having the newest mobile device is a great assest to share with my Middle School students as they learn computer basics and dream about the future.

This would help me stay calm, cool and collected soon because my grandmother is so close to meeting her Maker, and we anticipate a trip to Alabama for her funeral in the near future. This fabulous LG Vu would allow my two children to watch TV while we travel, and during times that are not so fun for children. It would allow us to coordinate meals and gatherings for the family while we are there. My kids would actually consider me cool if I won too! Obviously, we’d enjoy it beyond the difficult days, but I can’t imagine a better phone for us to have for our trip!

Eerily, I just moved as well and was in the same situation; after a grueling 2-hour Ikea bookshelf assembling process, all I wanted to do was to sit down and unwind with some TV mindlessness. Alas, Comcast’s cable connection was no where to be found. No, problem, I thought, I’ll just hop on Hulu. Ha, fail. Comcast’s internet connection was in the same shape (ugh, Comcast!!) Lacking a mobile TV OR mobile internet device, I simply had to relegate myself to a beer and silent reflection. Scary.

What a great phone! As a wife, mother of two boys, and a full-time college student this phone would certainly keep me connected. Having all of these responsibilities means that I have lots of stress and this phone can help to keep me calm by always being able to reach my boys and keep up with assignments and fellow students through the calendar and address book features. Being a cool mom is always nice and the Mobile TV feature can certainly help with that. Watching all the best shows, knowing the weather, and staying up to date with current events all while using a stylish and sleek phone always makes you look cool.

Wow! Our question was, “How can we possibly keep a fidgety granddaughter entertained while on the move all the time?” Who knew the answer would be so cool. I can only imagine her complete (and need I say quiet) preoccupation with this technological masterpiece. And I can only dream of the peace that her preoccupation might bring! Help ! Please!

I’d love this phone and capability. So many hours waiting during soccer games, baseball games, football games. I would grade papers, but that ends up a mess. Keeping up with the news, friends, information that I never have time to gather would definitely lessen my stress!

I think there are so many videos I could view that are blocked by my school’s system. They are very conservative and we cannot access many of the websites we need to support our teaching and learning needs as professionals. For instance, the past two days I have tried to access the video of President Obama’s speech to public school students (given Sept 8). No matter what website I went to (including the White House) I could not play nor download that video!! That is the biggest reason I would enjoy having an LG VU–for the access to videos when I cannot access them at work.

After reading the previous comments I have to write these lines with high amount of guilt, but here it goes. I would love to try a beautiful, cool gadget like this for the long minutes and hours that I am getting anxious waiting on my son while in my mind I can see lists of a million and one errands I need to accomplish. Every minute seems like an hour doing nothing and new lists are being created in my mind. I believe a mobile TV with the ability to view pieces of my favorites TV shows (I promise to remember which shows I used to watch when I had time) will calm me down enormously!

This phone is really neat. The technology is amazing to me. I work full-time and spend a lot of time in my car transporting kids. Since TV has gone all digital, I can no longer listen to the local news on the radio (ABC). I really miss this, and I feel out of touch. This phone would allow me to listen (not watch when I’m driving!) to the local news (and most importantly Good Morning America) as I drive to work. Also,I am not allowed to use the internet at work for non-work related items – I understand that, but there are times when there are emergency type situations that I need to be in touch with the schools, weather, and what is going on. The phone is more than a “phone”. It’s a means to keep in touch with our community and world. Thank you for continuing to be creative! What a great product.

If only, if only, I had TV to go. On the way to work, sitting on the lightrail in downtown, sometimes a book can’t cut it. I could keep up with the shows I miss when I have to work long hours unexpectedly (very common in my profession). This would help keep me cool, calm, and connected when I’m talking to my friends and family that aren’t in my field of work and don’t understand why I work in a prison without windows. I can always know what’s happening in the world, rather than living in my 4×6, dark cell I have to call my office with no connection to the living world just outside my door. Thanks for the chance, AT&T!

What I would have given to have this phone during hurrican Ike last year. We went without power for over 10 days. The heat was bad enough but trying to get reception on a battery operated TV with “rabbit ears” to get the latest weather updates just added to our frustrations! This little gadget would be a great asset to have in emergency situations of any kind.

I believe MobileTV would keep me cool, calm and connected because due to the fact of the coolness factor of being able to watch TV on your phone. Not too many phones now a days have that feature so that really adds to the coolness factor. It would keep you calm because for most people watching TV is like getting away from the stress of the day and it’s just nice to sit back and enjoy some TV and taking a break. That’s what purpose it would serve me. Also it keeps you connected by keeping you in touch with friends via SMS, and other means. Some of the reasons why I believe it’d keep me cool, calm and connected.

I think that MobileTV would keep me cool, calm, and connected because being able to watch TV anytime I wanted to when I have nothing to do anywhere I want. Most phones do not provide the ability to stream video at all from a mobile network, and being able to watch TV shows and possibly even movies would be even better! Watching Doctor Who, InuYasha, or Naruto on my phone would be great!!

My ideal for winning the VU is my current phone has been destroyed due to a concert crowd surfing and now i have my sim card with no phone. The TV in my living room has been taken out by my father to take back to his own house because my parents are divorced so now I can never even really watch TV. School has started for me and now I am just ever so bored at home so it would be nice to be able to even watch TV even if its on a phone.

Waiting – I seem to do a lot of it these days. Sometimes, not so patiently at that. I think that being able to watch a little Mobile TV might keep me calm, cool and connected as I wait – at hubby’s Dr. appt., in line at the bank on Friday and just about anytime I have time to kill.
