I suggest to everyone that if you don't have a teenager in the house --- you do everything you can to cultivate one --- neighbors are good --- church is good --- they'll usually take pity on anyone over 30 and just do whatever you need for you! I have less time to sit and play w/choices than does Rachel, so I was more than happy to let her shop the 'tones and offer me suggestions. When I do it all myself, I invariably choose online self-help. I hate calling any kind of sales or support office. I go to www.att.com/wireless and choose "Support." Because we have online accounts, the "help" associated with our equipment - including my sweet little LG CU400 - is right there. I don't have to sift through mounds of extraneous information. So for me - I either ask my kids, or go look it up online at att.com/wireless. Becky p.s. On my old phone, my kids chose "I'm Too Sexy" for my ringtone, much to the delight of my co-workers.
