    I love my GPS

Hi there! So even though I LOVE technology and am always excited to see and use the latest that’s out there, I have to tell you, it took me a while to get on board with the GPS navigation feature on my phone. My husband kept telling me to try it, but I kept printing directions from Yahoo or Google maps. Then one day, on a business trip to Salt Lake City, I’d landed pretty late and once in my rental car I realized… oh you guessed it … I hadn’t printed directions! So I call my husband, and being the patient man he is, I ask him to pull up directions and e-mail them to me. He used that opportunity to get me to try the AT&T Navigator. So, I did and loved it! No more remembering to print and carry directions and then have them available at the right time (and not in your suitcase, in the trunk of the rental after you’ve pulled out of the rental car facility and already entered traffic … yeah, did that too!). I have not printed directions since then and rely solely on my phone’s GPS. This is yet another reason why I can’t live without my device!

I’ve been wanting a phone like this for a long time. I have AT&T, but I do not have a Smartphone, let alone one with GPS. I believe I will have to give myself an AT&T Navigator-enabled phone for Christmas. :)

      Hey John,

Once you go AT&T Navigator, you will never go back! It’s so convenient. I would suggest trying it out for the first time to some place you are familiar with so you can focus on using the feature and not worry about where you are going. Then when you need it, you will be an expert because it’s so simple. It’s just a matter of deciding how you like to view your map/directions while driving. Happy cruising!

I love my GPS, both the one on my phone and the unit in the car. I have no idea why, but it provides me with endless entertainment as well as useful information.

I actually think the GPS feature is one of the more useful ones. If you live in a big city where you are constantly finding stores, salons and restaurants you didn’t know, or if you are visiting a big city, it’s a feature I’d use when on food, too. One definitely needs a GPS in NYC, IMO :-)
